Jerica has helped me and my wife for the past 3 years. She always goes the extra step. Very personable and a pleasure to work with and listens to what our needs are. We don't have to shop around, she does all of that for us. She thinks of things that we don't, so I know she always has my back and we don't have to worry. Also, I can speak with her or any of the team when I call. They actually have real people working and answering the phones, what a concept! We will stick with this group for a long time.
